JeriniCares is a free support program created to assist HAE patients and their caregivers in navigating the current healthcare system with regard to reimbursement. The goal is to help minimize many of the insurance barriers and obstacles that may impede the ideal care of HAE patients. JeriniCares provides comprehensive assistance for insurance-related issues including, but not limited to, billing, coding, and appeals of denied claims. Additionally, via JeriniCares, HAE patients and HCPs can register their interest in participating in potential Jerini US sponsored clinical trials.
JeriniCares Patient Advocates will work closely with HAE patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to help resolve coverage issues and answer questions.
